I know what you mean by kicking in the door. That's exactly what I wanted to do when someone almost hit me this summer. I screamed, called him names, then wanted to turn around and go kick his door in. Must be the boots we wear and easy access to their door that make us want to do that. I never get that urge when someone tries to cut me off in my car. I do get the urge to give the "wave" to bikers when I'm in my car and then realize I'm not on my bike!
